When it comes to electric bikes and scooters, Razor are a great brand, and the MX350 is certainly up there with their best products. What we have here is very tough little bike that’s comfortable and fun to ride, and actually goes quite fast for an electric bike, especially if the child is quite light. The bike is easy to assemble straight out of the box, which means that if you buy this bike as a present for your kid, it won’t be long after they’ve opened it before they’ll be able to zoom off round the street having fun riding it.
The only major bad thing we could find about this bike is that Razor no longer make it with suspension.
Surprisingly tough – can handle numerous knocks and crashes

Great starter dirtbike for a small kid:
I purchased four of these at the same time. I have three six year olds and an eight year old. The assembly was pretty quick and easy. Most of the bike is together right out of the box but it took about 30 minutes to get the rest together.
The bikes go pretty fast to be electric. The claim to go about 14mph and I’d say thats about right. I have a golf… Read the full review ›
Great Choice!
This little motorcycle is surprising tough and handles really well! Our son loves it and it’s just perfect for parents who want more than a bicycle, more than the toddlers power wheels, but their child just isn’t quite ready for a gas powered dirt bike. We thought our Son may need some time to get used to the way a motorcycle handled, but he took right to it. Always be safe and use helmet and pads! Got a great price from Amazon.com, better than anywhere else and we looked for a long time.
If you’re looking for a handy electric scooter that you can use to enjoy riding around your neighborhood, the Ezip 900 is definately worth taking a look at. It’s very easy to assemble, has a powerful electric motor (it’s better at going up hills than some other electric scooters) and it’s great fun to ride. Be warned though, it is heavy, so it’s perhaps not so suitable for younger children.
Overall, a great scooter for a great price that fully exceeded my expectations. Everything from the front disk break to the indicator on the handlebar grip that lights up for full, half, and low battery life shows the thought and quality put into this scooter. This thing is built for adults as well, its well over 50 pounds, but isn’t as hard to lift because the weight is spread out. It doesn’t look cheap or cheesy either, it actually looks very ahead of its time and will have people complimenting it for years. If you need alternate green transportation, or just something fun to cruise with, then you must have this scooter… Read the full review >
A little disappointed in the power
I was disappointed that with just a few hills I can only go approx 6 miles, I also have a razor which goes 4 miles, when purchaching this product I thought I could ride alot further. Its a nice scooter, just doesn’t have the power it said it would, I weigh 135lbs and thought it would go a lot further. The razor cost $175 and this was $475, not worth the $300 difference for hardly any extra battery power.
Only a fool would say this scooter is not good!!!
OMG let me just say, WOW! I owned an ezip 400 for school at UCLA but it just wasnt cutting the hills on campus and would shut down on me if I pushed the motor. So I bought the ezip 900 and this thing was made for hills and everything! I also get a lot of attention with the scooter when I ride it like questions and comments. Luckily I live in California so scooters are treated like bikes. I was going to get the 1000 but I prefer a chain drive because I like to free wheel down hill. If you shut off the engine when going down hill you have gravity take over which is fun! Anyway Im happy with the scooter, only a fool would complain about it. Also the person who complained about putting it together, BHAHAHAHAHA. Whats so hard about screwing in the front wheel and handlebars??? This is a great buy, you wont be sorry!
The first thing you will notice when you first see the Razor Pocket Mod Miniature Euro Electric Scooter is that it looks just like a smaller version of a standard motor scooter. The next thing you will notice when you go to ride it is just how quiet it is. Although this says it’s meant for children over 12 years old, many customers say that their 8-year-old children are just fine riding it. Adults can ride it too, as long as they are not heavier than 150 pounds, so this is great fun for all the family (except maybe dad if he’s a bit big for it)!
Check out this great video of the Razor Pocket Mod:
When my 11-year old started begging for an electric scooter, we were very hesitant. A neighbor has one and it’s the stand-up kind with a VERY loud motor that drives us nuts on the weekends. We gave in, and went shopping. While we were reviewing the standing scooter, we noticed the Razor Pocket Mod and it was the SAME PRICE! I, of course, thought it was adorable and my… Read the full review ›
Great Scooter For The Price
I purchased this scooter for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I was a little worried when it arrived as the box was pretty beat up. The scooter had a small crack in it, but I managed to glue it together and my daughter never noticed. Also, though I’m generally pretty good at assembling products, I had trouble getting the handle bar on, but eventually figured it out (there is a plastic sleeve you need to remove, which isn’t mentioned in the directions).
Electric scooters seem to be all the rage these days, and it’s easy to see why when you see products like this. Although the Razor E300S is by no means perfect, it is a fun thing to ride. It is easy to assemble, powerful, and unlike some of the other electric scooters around, this one has a nice comfortable seat for you to sit on. It’s just a shame that you can only get about 45 minutes of riding time from each charge, otherwise this would be a perfect little scooter.
I got this scooter about 1 month ago, a little more. So far I am very pleased with it. The scooter is very easy to control, actually there is nothing really comlplicated about it. It is advertised as being able to go only 15 mph but I have clocked it at 19.7 mph. Only one reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the charger. The scooter when fully charged only holds… Read the full review ›
E300S Scooter Critique
This seated Razor scooter is very well constructed, and even though it has only been test-driven one time because of adverse weather conditions, it seems to reach an adequate top speed. However: if planning to purchase the E300S Razor, be aware that the scooter will only operate for a maximum of forty (40) minutes, after which it takes at least eight (8) hours of… Read the full review ›
The E300 is the third in Razor’s range of electric scooters. These scooters are easy to assemble, and great fun to ride. The only problem you might find is that they do struggle a bit on hills, and some people say that the charge doesn’t last quite long enough. However, if you live in a relatively flat area and your kids are just going out round the local neighborhood then then this scooter will be great for them.
Like some reviews, my 8-year-old son’s first E300 only ran about ten minutes per charge and 13mph max speed (yes, I have a radar gun). Troubleshooting sent us toward a dragging brake, but the brake adjustment was fine. The chain, however, was super tight (I’m an old motorcycle racer, so I know a lot about chain tension). I loosened the chain tension, but no improvement,… Read the full review ›
Not enough power, battery life
I am very happy with the scooter except that it lacks power to go up even small hills without overheating (so that you have to push it, let it cool, then press the reset button after a few minutes). It cannot operate 45 minutes continuously as claimed, more like 25 minutes, and has a much more limited range than the inferred 7.5 miles (45 minutes at 10 mph), more like 3… Read the full review ›
Well, here we go with another electric scooter review, and this time we have the Razor E200. Like any of the Razor scooters, this is great fun to ride and has good battery life. It’s very easy to control and will keep your child amused for a long time. The only warning we would give here is to be aware of the maximum weight of 220 pounds. One customer has said that if anyone anywhere near that weight rides it, the body of the scooter will scrape along the ground when going over bumps in the road. However, if you are getting this for a 12 year olf child then this really shouldn’t be a problem.
I bought one of these at Toys’R'Us and have had so much fun. It hasn’t had one problem and it’s a lot faster and easier than walking. I know you may think that a kid’s review doesn’t matter but this product is targeted for our age group and I believe it’s most important to know what we think of it. If you’re planning on purchasing a Razor E200 and are having doubts, you shouldn’t be. It really is amazing!
good but not great
The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard. The 100 has a solid wheel so even though the clearance is low it does not suffer the same fate. If you are going to get a bigger scooter than the 100 then go for the 300, the clearance issue is much improved for that model.
Razor’s E125 electric scooter is a great toy for your kid. It’s great fun to ride, and won’t fail to keep any child amused for hours (aged 8 or over). Straight out of the box, it’s very easy to assemble, taking only 10 minutes. It has a powerful motor and it’s built to last. Your kid will love riding this scooter!
For starters, ignore the comments that rate this item poorly; they didn’t like the color! I purchased the Razor e125 for my nine year old son. It assembles easily in a few minutes. He loves it and it is easy to use. It moves him along at a good speed, but not too fast. The motor has plenty of torque and it holds a good charge, lasting about 40 minutes or so. Fun scooter!
I purchased the Razor e125 for myself – just for fun! It assembles easily in a few minutes. Easy to use. I did not realize that you needed to get it going at 3 mph before the motor kicks in. So I would probably have preferred the next model up. It’s still a lot of fun – all my friends have tried it! We are all over 21!!!
If you’re looking for the perfect electric scooter for your child, the Razor E100 is a really good choice. It is great fun to ride, yet it’s not too fast, giving a maximum speed of 10 miles per hour. So you certainly don’t need to worry about your child riding dangerously or breaking the speed limit! Also, the E100 will keep your child amused for a long time, as the battery really does hold a lot of charge.
The only real bad thing to say about the E100 is that the chain guard can sometimes scrape on the ground if you turn corners too sharply. Although really this is just about riding style, and once your child gets used to riding it in a more upright style they shouldn’t really find it a problem.
I purchased this for my 8 year old. This has been a joy of his for quite a few months. It runs well, peppy and the battery seems to hold up for a very long riding period. He has had times in excess of 1 hr. riding around the house and driveway.
The only thing which is minor that annoys me is that when you corner very sharply the chain protector drags the… Read the full review ›
Great fun for kids.
Our son has used his E100 for almost a year now, got it for his 7th birthday. He rides it a while almost every day on the street in front of our home, no long treks. It’s been reliable and performs as advertised. I would guess that our son goes about as fast as someone running fast (running, not jogging), sometimes faster going downhill. The brake is a bit weak but not bad. At age 7, our son has behaved safely with it, stops and waits off the road if a car comes and no crazy stunts, so I would say it is suitable for his age, but obviously every kid has different maturity levels so parents have to judge on their own. Lots of fun, impresses his friends, and reliable.
Okay, take a look at this great electric scooter, the eZip 500. This really is one neat scooter, and I’ll tell you why. It’s so easy to ride, anyone could ride one of these, it’s effortless. It has a top speed of 15 miles per hour, which is fast enough to be fun but not too fast to be dangerous.
Another great thing about this electric scooter is that it is extremely energy efficient – it really doesn’t use much electricity. You can ride for up to 8 miles on a single charge, which really isn’t bad at all. Not only that, these scooters are built to last – they are so durable!
So, is this the electric scooter for you? Well, that’s for you to decide, but we can tell you that this really is a good scooter. One little thing we should mention though, is that this scooter can be a bit slow when going up hills, so if you live in a very hilly area then this scooter might not work as well for you as it would if you lived in a flat area.
This electric scooter is great. Actually this is my second one of this kind. It doesnt get any better. A++. Rode it from/to work for several months. Not much electricity consumption. Little slow on hills. My weigth is around 180 lbs + backpack. Defenetly recommend it.
Love it!
This was purchased by my 9 year old daughter with her savings after her 11 year old brother received one for his birthday. They BOTH love their scooters and my husband and I have fun riding them around as well! The charge is just fine and the speed is perfect. They are made very durable and there’s not one thing I can complain about. The kids ride them everyday and just throw them on the charge when they’re done so they’re always ready. We have not run out of battery time at all. This is a fantastic toy for all to enjoy.
GREAT SCOOTER
This is a great scooter for getting around the campus and down to the store and back. It seems strong and sturdy and runs great.
I does have a little trouble getting up the mountain, but I can coast down and save the battery.
I have noticed that it shuts off sometimes when going over speed bumps or something for reasons unknown to me, but I just turn the switch off and back on again and it takes right off. Sometimes this is an inconvience, but it is still a great schooter. I would certainly buy another and another.
