The Razor Pocket Mod electric scooter is a mini version of an adult scooter, similar looking to a Vespa. It boasts an impressive electric motor that can reach speeds of up to 15 miles an hour. I decided to investigate and review this scooter because my daughter begged me to get her one for her birthday. When I discovered it was an electric scooter, naturally I was a bit apprehensive about letting my daughter loose on one. So before I made any decision I wanted to make sure it was quite safe for a child to ride. Razor Pocket Mod Review The first thing you will notice is the impressive design and colors available with the Razor Pocket Mod scooters. They do look just like mini adult scooters complete with front and rear lamps so it’s no wonder they are a big hit with kids. Colors and styles available are Red, The Betty in lilac, Hello Kitty (pink and white), Sweet Pea (pink and white with tassels), The Vapor (Black) and the Hot Mod (Black and White). A good selection for both boys and girls. The chain driven 250 watt gives constant power to the scooter for going up hills without struggling. However the scooter is at its best on flat surfaces and it can reach speeds of up to 15 miles an hour. The scooters are fitted with 12 inch pneumatic tires along with a rear suspension system. This gives the rider a …

Article by Electric scooter with very impressive features
I was quite satisfied to own a house in the countryside with my hard-earned money, as I was a carpenter by profession. After my marriage I was blessed with twins who are now of 14 years.Without the company of Juan & Julio, I would have lost my normal senses in this lonely place. They both are very agile and athletic type.I always try to utilize the time I get to spend with them. Both of them have asked me to take them for the holiday trip, as their exam was over.
It was too difficult for me to manage the holiday trip. Both of them wanted to put the money in use, which they had painstakingly saved all These days. They had made up their mind to acquire an electric scooter for themselves.I was very much worried about their safety but they assured me of not going to the busy roads. I could not protest much as I could not fulfill their wish. Both of them were now bent upon having the scooter more than going for holidays.Actually, they wanted me to feel better so they opted for the scooter. One afternoon, both of them requested me to sit with them as they took out their laptop.
They started to search for the Best Electric Scooter on the internet.Plenty of collections and ranges cropped up on the screen but what they were looking for was a lightweight scooter. They short listed a few and among hem were the Schwinn Electric Scooters, Electric Powered Scooters and the X Treme Electric Scooters. They wanted to look further and had a look at the Electric Scooter for Kids. They liked the Razor E125 Electric Scooter, which was available in black or red color for 9.99.It was a great fun scooter that comes at a very reasonable price and provides reliable and nice fun for kids; this is one of the best choices on the market and comes with a wealth of very impressive features.
I was surprised by the promptness of the order as the scooter was delivered within a week. Before using the scooter they both went through the manual very carefully. The battery needed long hours of charging before use.It was a dream come true for them and they took chances alternately to ride the scooters the whole day. They rode the whole day but I made it a point that they had to wear the helmets, elbow and kneepads before riding. They were very happy and seeing them so glad filled my heart with special warmth.

When it comes to electric bikes and scooters, Razor are a great brand, and the MX350 is certainly up there with their best products. What we have here is very tough little bike that’s comfortable and fun to ride, and actually goes quite fast for an electric bike, especially if the child is quite light. The bike is easy to assemble straight out of the box, which means that if you buy this bike as a present for your kid, it won’t be long after they’ve opened it before they’ll be able to zoom off round the street having fun riding it.
The only major bad thing we could find about this bike is that Razor no longer make it with suspension.
Surprisingly tough – can handle numerous knocks and crashes

The Bad

The official speicification says it’s for children aged 12 and older, but some people find that younger kinds can ride it just fine, and that it goes much faster with a lighter child.

Great starter dirtbike for a small kid:
I purchased four of these at the same time. I have three six year olds and an eight year old. The assembly was pretty quick and easy. Most of the bike is together right out of the box but it took about 30 minutes to get the rest together.
The bikes go pretty fast to be electric. The claim to go about 14mph and I’d say thats about right. I have a golf… Read the full review ›
Great Choice!
This little motorcycle is surprising tough and handles really well! Our son loves it and it’s just perfect for parents who want more than a bicycle, more than the toddlers power wheels, but their child just isn’t quite ready for a gas powered dirt bike. We thought our Son may need some time to get used to the way a motorcycle handled, but he took right to it. Always be safe and use helmet and pads! Got a great price from Amazon.com, better than anywhere else and we looked for a long time.
The first thing you will notice when you first see the Razor Pocket Mod Miniature Euro Electric Scooter is that it looks just like a smaller version of a standard motor scooter. The next thing you will notice when you go to ride it is just how quiet it is. Although this says it’s meant for children over 12 years old, many customers say that their 8-year-old children are just fine riding it. Adults can ride it too, as long as they are not heavier than 150 pounds, so this is great fun for all the family (except maybe dad if he’s a bit big for it)!
Check out this great video of the Razor Pocket Mod:
When my 11-year old started begging for an electric scooter, we were very hesitant. A neighbor has one and it’s the stand-up kind with a VERY loud motor that drives us nuts on the weekends. We gave in, and went shopping. While we were reviewing the standing scooter, we noticed the Razor Pocket Mod and it was the SAME PRICE! I, of course, thought it was adorable and my… Read the full review ›
Great Scooter For The Price
I purchased this scooter for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I was a little worried when it arrived as the box was pretty beat up. The scooter had a small crack in it, but I managed to glue it together and my daughter never noticed. Also, though I’m generally pretty good at assembling products, I had trouble getting the handle bar on, but eventually figured it out (there is a plastic sleeve you need to remove, which isn’t mentioned in the directions).
The E300 is the third in Razor’s range of electric scooters. These scooters are easy to assemble, and great fun to ride. The only problem you might find is that they do struggle a bit on hills, and some people say that the charge doesn’t last quite long enough. However, if you live in a relatively flat area and your kids are just going out round the local neighborhood then then this scooter will be great for them.
Like some reviews, my 8-year-old son’s first E300 only ran about ten minutes per charge and 13mph max speed (yes, I have a radar gun). Troubleshooting sent us toward a dragging brake, but the brake adjustment was fine. The chain, however, was super tight (I’m an old motorcycle racer, so I know a lot about chain tension). I loosened the chain tension, but no improvement,… Read the full review ›
Not enough power, battery life
I am very happy with the scooter except that it lacks power to go up even small hills without overheating (so that you have to push it, let it cool, then press the reset button after a few minutes). It cannot operate 45 minutes continuously as claimed, more like 25 minutes, and has a much more limited range than the inferred 7.5 miles (45 minutes at 10 mph), more like 3… Read the full review ›
Well, here we go with another electric scooter review, and this time we have the Razor E200. Like any of the Razor scooters, this is great fun to ride and has good battery life. It’s very easy to control and will keep your child amused for a long time. The only warning we would give here is to be aware of the maximum weight of 220 pounds. One customer has said that if anyone anywhere near that weight rides it, the body of the scooter will scrape along the ground when going over bumps in the road. However, if you are getting this for a 12 year olf child then this really shouldn’t be a problem.
I bought one of these at Toys’R'Us and have had so much fun. It hasn’t had one problem and it’s a lot faster and easier than walking. I know you may think that a kid’s review doesn’t matter but this product is targeted for our age group and I believe it’s most important to know what we think of it. If you’re planning on purchasing a Razor E200 and are having doubts, you shouldn’t be. It really is amazing!
good but not great
The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard. The 100 has a solid wheel so even though the clearance is low it does not suffer the same fate. If you are going to get a bigger scooter than the 100 then go for the 300, the clearance issue is much improved for that model.
