Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike Review

Razor MX350

When it comes to electric bikes and scooters, Razor are a great brand, and the MX350 is certainly up there with their best products. What we have here is very tough little bike that’s comfortable and fun to ride, and actually goes quite fast for an electric bike, especially if the child is quite light. The bike is easy to assemble straight out of the box, which means that if you buy this bike as a present for your kid, it won’t be long after they’ve opened it before they’ll be able to zoom off round the street having fun riding it.

The only major bad thing we could find about this bike is that Razor no longer make it with suspension.

Great starter dirtbike for a small kid: ★★★★☆

I purchased four of these at the same time. I have three six year olds and an eight year old. The assembly was pretty quick and easy. Most of the bike is together right out of the box but it took about 30 minutes to get the rest together.

The bikes go pretty fast to be electric. The claim to go about 14mph and I’d say thats about right. I have a golf…

Great Choice! ★★★★★

This little motorcycle is surprising tough and handles really well! Our son loves it and it’s just perfect for parents who want more than a bicycle, more than the toddlers power wheels, but their child just isn’t quite ready for a gas powered dirt bike. We thought our Son may need some time to get used to the way a motorcycle handled, but he took right to it. Always be safe and use helmet and pads! Got a great price from Amazon.com, better than anywhere else and we looked for a long time.

Razor Pocket Mod Miniature Euro Electric Scooter Review

Razor Pocket Mod

Price: Click here

The first thing you will notice when you first see the Razor Pocket Mod Miniature Euro Electric Scooter is that it looks just like a smaller version of a standard motor scooter. The next thing you will notice when you go to ride it is just how quiet it is. Although this says it’s meant for children over 12 years old, many customers say that their 8-year-old children are just fine riding it. Adults can ride it too, as long as they are not heavier than 150 pounds, so this is great fun for all the family (except maybe dad if he’s a bit big for it)!

Customer Reviews of the Razor Pocket Mod:

QUIET and so fun! ★★★★★

When my 11-year old started begging for an electric scooter, we were very hesitant. A neighbor has one and it’s the stand-up kind with a VERY loud motor that drives us nuts on the weekends. We gave in, and went shopping. While we were reviewing the standing scooter, we noticed the Razor Pocket Mod and it was the SAME PRICE! I, of course, thought it was adorable and my…

Great Scooter For The Price ★★★★☆

I purchased this scooter for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I was a little worried when it arrived as the box was pretty beat up. The scooter had a small crack in it, but I managed to glue it together and my daughter never noticed. Also, though I’m generally pretty good at assembling products, I had trouble getting the handle bar on, but eventually figured it out (there is a plastic sleeve you need to remove, which isn’t mentioned in the directions).

The scooter drives well and…

Razor E300 Electric Scooter Review

Razor E300 Electric Scooter The E300 is the third in Razor’s range of electric scooters. These scooters are easy to assemble, and great fun to ride. The only problem you might find is that they do struggle a bit on hills, and some people say that the charge doesn’t last quite long enough. However, if you live in a relatively flat area and your kids are just going out round the local neighborhood then then this scooter will be great for them.

Customer Reviews of the Razor E300:

Check chain tension before riding!!!!

 ★★★★★

Like some reviews, my 8-year-old son’s first E300 only ran about ten minutes per charge and 13mph max speed (yes, I have a radar gun). Troubleshooting sent us toward a dragging brake, but the brake adjustment was fine. The chain, however, was super tight (I’m an old motorcycle racer, so I know a lot about chain tension). I loosened the chain tension, but no improvement,…

Not enough power, battery life

 ★★★☆☆

I am very happy with the scooter except that it lacks power to go up even small hills without overheating (so that you have to push it, let it cool, then press the reset button after a few minutes). It cannot operate 45 minutes continuously as claimed, more like 25 minutes, and has a much more limited range than the inferred 7.5 miles (45 minutes at 10 mph), more like 3…

Razor E200 Electric Scooter Review

Razor E200 Electric Scooter Review

Electric Scooter Razor E200 Well, here we go with another electric scooter review, and this time we have the Razor E200. Like any of the Razor scooters, this is great fun to ride and has good battery life. It’s very easy to control and will keep your child amused for a long time. The only warning we would give here is to be aware of the maximum weight of 220 pounds. One customer has said that if anyone anywhere near that weight rides it, the body of the scooter will scrape along the ground when going over bumps in the road. However, if you are getting this for a 12 year olf child then this really shouldn’t be a problem.

Customer Reviews of the Razor E200:

Awesome!

 ★★★★★

I bought one of these at Toys’R'Us and have had so much fun. It hasn’t had one problem and it’s a lot faster and easier than walking. I know you may think that a kid’s review doesn’t matter but this product is targeted for our age group and I believe it’s most important to know what we think of it. If you’re planning on purchasing a Razor E200 and are having doubts, you shouldn’t be. It really is amazing!

good but not great

 ★★★★★

The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard. The 100 has a solid wheel so even though the clearance is low it does not suffer the same fate. If you are going to get a bigger scooter than the 100 then go for the 300, the clearance issue is much improved for that model.

Razor E100 Electric Scooter Review

Razor E100 Scooter If you’re looking for the perfect electric scooter for your child, the Razor E100 is a really good choice. It is great fun to ride, yet it’s not too fast, giving a maximum speed of 10 miles per hour. So you certainly don’t need to worry about your child riding dangerously or breaking the speed limit! Also, the E100 will keep your child amused for a long time, as the battery really does hold a lot of charge.

The only real bad thing to say about the E100 is that the chain guard can sometimes scrape on the ground if you turn corners too sharply. Although really this is just about riding style, and once your child gets used to riding it in a more upright style they shouldn’t really find it a problem.

Great little Scoot

 ★★★★★

I purchased this for my 8 year old. This has been a joy of his for quite a few months. It runs well, peppy and the battery seems to hold up for a very long riding period. He has had times in excess of 1 hr. riding around the house and driveway.
The only thing which is minor that annoys me is that when you corner very sharply the chain protector drags the…

Great fun for kids.

 ★★★★★

Our son has used his E100 for almost a year now, got it for his 7th birthday. He rides it a while almost every day on the street in front of our home, no long treks. It’s been reliable and performs as advertised. I would guess that our son goes about as fast as someone running fast (running, not jogging), sometimes faster going downhill. The brake is a bit weak but not bad. At age 7, our son has behaved safely with it, stops and waits off the road if a car comes and no crazy stunts, so I would say it is suitable for his age, but obviously every kid has different maturity levels so parents have to judge on their own. Lots of fun, impresses his friends, and reliable.
