It’s not a criteria on electric skoots but you could ask on the makers web site of the one your interested in.

Hi,
The fastest scooter that I know of, is the Go-ped ESR750EX. The Go-ped brand is the highest quality scooter manufacturer available, and are made in the United States by Americans. The other scooters on the market are Chinese and poor quality. The goped will go 20mph+ stock, and there are gearing and battery upgrades that you can still do to achieve more power. Enjoy.
